These terms apply when you visit familydealfinder.co.uk or buy one of our reports. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. About us

Family Deal Finder is an independent UK-based holiday research service. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, ATOL holder or ABTA member. We do not sell, book or arrange travel. We do not take commission from the operators we research.

2. What you’re buying

Our paid products are research and planning documents:

  • Holiday Savings Report (£19) — delivered within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form.
  • Family Holiday Planner (£49) — delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form.
  • Concierge Planning (£149) — bespoke timeline agreed with you.

Reports compare prices and options available at the time of research. Travel prices change constantly. We do not guarantee that any specific price, deal or availability will still exist when you go to book.

3. Delivery turnaround

The 24-hour and 48-hour windows start when we receive your fully completed intake form, not when payment is taken. We’ll email you to confirm receipt. If we expect to miss a deadline we’ll let you know in advance and offer a refund.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate and complete information in the intake form.
  • Verify all prices, schedules, passport, visa and entry requirements directly with the operator or official source before booking.
  • Book all travel yourself with the operators of your choice.

5. No travel advice or financial advice

Our reports are research summaries, not regulated financial advice, travel agency services or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own bookings, insurance and travel arrangements.

6. Right to cancel (consumer contracts)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because our reports are bespoke digital research produced for you on demand, you expressly agree that delivery begins as soon as we start work, and you lose the right to cancel once the report is delivered. 7. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, republish or redistribute our reports without written permission.
  • Attempt to break, probe or overload the site.
  • Use the service for fraud, harassment or anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and reports are owned by Family Deal Finder. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your purchased report for your own family’s travel planning.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for losses from third-party operators, travel disruption, currency movement or changes to availability.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
