Refund Policy

We want every family to feel they got real value from their report. This page sets out exactly when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.

1. Our delivery promise

  • Holiday Savings Report (£19): delivered within 24 hours of your completed intake form.
  • Family Holiday Planner (£49): delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake form.
  • Concierge Planning (£149): timeline agreed with you in writing.

If we miss the promised window without telling you in advance, you are entitled to a full refund on request.

2. Before intake is submitted

If you’ve paid but haven’t yet completed the intake form, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Email hello@familydealfinder.co.uk from the address on your order.

3. After your report is delivered

Our reports are bespoke digital research produced on demand. By completing the intake form you ask us to start work immediately and you agree that, once the finished report is delivered, you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We will still refund you in any of these cases:

  • The report contains substantive factual errors we can’t fix on revision.
  • The report doesn’t answer the questions you set out in your intake.
  • We delivered late without warning you in advance.

4. Free revisions

For the Savings Report and Planner you get one free revision within 7 days of delivery. Tell us what’s missing or unclear and we’ll rework it. Concierge Planning includes revisions as agreed in your brief.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@familydealfinder.co.uk from the address on your order.
  2. Include your order ID (in your confirmation email) and a short note on why you’re requesting a refund.
  3. We respond within 2 working days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — chargebacks are slower than a direct refund and can affect your card history. We’d rather sort it out with you directly.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
